Check the vacuum cleaner bag – you need to make sure you are replace the bag not just emptying out all the dust and dirt as particles can remain even if the bag is emptied and restrict airflow.
Check for a plugged hose – hoses can get clogged with dust, hair, string or anything else off your floors. So make sure you check for anything blocking the hose from one end to the other.
Check the filter – while some bagless vacuums use a centrifugal force to filter out particles, these filters can become clogged with dust and dirt. Make sure to remove the filter and check if it needs cleaning or replacing.
Check for cracked or damaged hoses – if you do find a cracked or damaged hose, check with the retailer or manufacturer to see if you can get the hose replaced inexpensively.
