An effective DIY degreaser that can be used on your splashback, benches, kitchen walls and stovetop is made by mixing equal parts baking soda and dish liquid with 20 drops of orange essential oil.

To create the DIY degreaser cleaning solution

The d-limonene in the essential oil will help lift stubborn grease from the surface. Apply the mix to the surface, allow to sit for 10 minutes and scrub with a damp sponge.
Rinse well and wipe dry with a soft cloth.
